Golf Analysis: Course Knowledge Haole Day 3

Conventional wisdom would say that a golfer playing a tricky course such as Quivira Golf Links for a 2nd consecutive day would lead to better scores on Day 2 - and every golfer always says at the 19th hole...., I want another shot at that track...
The results from the final round of the 2026 Haole Cup challenge that wisdom with 5 or the 8 players adding a total of 21 shots to their previous day scores. Was it the pressure of Day 3? It sure wasn't the pin placements, the wind, or the fault of their playing partners... More likely - could it be that they might just suck at golf?
Billy, TJ and Nolan clearly learned a thing or two. Or perhaps..., they made a couple putts, got their levels right, or simply played like ass their first time around... Regardless, they lowered their scores by a collective 20 shots.
Worse:
Bonk 95 to 104 (+9)
Mort 89 to 96 (+6)
Del 97 to 101 (+4)
Doyle 87 to 88 (+1)
GB 96 to 97 (+1)
Better:
Nolan 90 to 85 (-5)
TJ 113 to 106 (-7)
Billy 96 to 88 (-8)
Maybe like LIV Golf, the Haole will go to a 72-hole format in 2026 and the data will become more clear...
